Halifax is the Group division involved in the purchase of exclusive licenses, distribution rights and publishing of videogames on the Italian market, supplying complete support for the adaptation of games in light of the linguistic and cultural context, distribution and logistics.
Halifax covers the entire Italian market thanks to a consolidated and capillary sales network that reaches large retail chains, specialized chains and retail shops for a total 3,600 domestic points of sale.
DTI, rather, is the division that supplies exclusive sales and logistics assistance to publishers who produce games under their own brands in Italy.
Game Service, a Group subsidiary, is specialized in high value added services and, through rack jobbing, develops the non-specialised large retail chain channel. To date Game Service services more than 100 points of sale.
Game Entertainment is the subsidiary involved in the newsstand distribution of videogames. Distribution of the first DVD games began in December 2006.

505 Games is dedicated to the publishing and international distribution of videogames in EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) area markets, Australia and North America.
505 Games' goal is to consolidate its role as a niche videogame publisher. The current title portfolio covers all gaming platforms, including last generation consoles like Sony PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii and Microsoft Xbox 360.
505 Games operates directly in the United Kingdom, the primary European digital entertainment market, through
505 Games UK, which distributes 505 Games titles in Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Australia through a large number of local partners, and in North America, through
505 Games US, which distributes the 505 Games titles in the North American territories. Furthermore, in France and Spain through
Digital Bros France and
Digital Bros Iberia, which distribute 505 Games and third party titles on the French, Spanish and Portuguese markets respectively.
In July 2009 two new subsidiaries have started their activity,
