Italian Distribution

Halifax is the Italian point of reference for the distribution of videogames for PC, Sony PlayStation 2 and 3, Microsoft Xbox 360 and Nintendo Wii consoles and for old and new generation portable consoles Nintendo DS and Sony PSP.

www.halifax.itwww.halifax.it Halifax is active in the exclusive distribution of the most prestigious international videogames on the Italian market that are adapted to the linguistic and cultural context of the reference market.
Halifax has exclusive representation agreements in Italy with some of the most prestigious international publishers for whom, over the course of the years, Halifax has become the partner of choice for the Italian market.
The most recent successes include PES 2008, Mario & Sonic at the Olimpic Games, Pirates of the Caribbeans 3 (I Pirati dei Carabi 3), Football Manager 2008, Final Fantasy Tactics and High School Musical, that are best sellers, hugely successful with both the young and the not so young.

Halifax's crown jewel is its great expertise in marketing and the profound strategic vision of the Italian market. Thanks to all of this, the division can offer full cycle support for the launch of important videogame events. The services offered address the most important aspects of corporate marketing: logistics, credit management, product management, public relations, graphics and the web. Currently Halifax - that has a sales network of 45 agents - covers all Italian market sales channels (large retail chains, specialized chains and retail shops).

www.dti-web.itwww.dti-web.it In addition to the historic division Halifax, at the beginning of 2005 the Digital Bros Group created a new structure DTI, Divisione Trade Italia. DTI was created in order to offer high value added services to international publishers that work directly in Italy through proprietary branches. DTI, thanks to the package it offers that includes the creation of a dedicated sales network, has become an important source of support for large franchises including, for example, World of Warcraft, Spiderman, The Gang in the Woods (La Gang del Bosco), Harry Potter and Medal of Honor.

Game Service promotes distribution through non-specialised channels as part of the direct management of points of sale that are in need of specific know-how in the selection of products. The company supplements Halifax's activities insofar as it offers a high value added service in the form of direct management of gaming displays at large retail chains (Rack Jobbing). Game Service guarantees 360° assistance with rack optimisation including management of gaming displays and consulting in terms of marketing and promotion within the point of sale itself.

Game Entertainment has an important role in the development of the Italian market through newsstand distribution.
Game Entertainment launched a previously unpublished DVD collection entitled "Wrestling Megastars", published in 21 biweekly issues, under an exclusive official WWE license that generated very significant sales of approximately 1 million copies. Further, Game Entertainment also distributed the "Wanted" videogame collection with a series of PC games connected to successful TV series like Desperate Housewives, ER and Law&Order. Recently was launched the "Wrestling Megastars - Greatest Hits" collection, consisting of 12 monthly issues.

Currently the main growth drivers of Italian distribution are:

* increase in Italian market share;
* increase in points of sale for Game Service through more direct management in non- specialized areas;
* support for new generation consoles like Sony PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii and Microsoft Xbox 360
